All coaching sessions conducted via **Google Meets** are recorded and transcribed to ensure accuracy in follow-up and action planning.

  • Session Content: The full audio recording and the written transcript of the session.
  • Action Plans: Summarized action plans derived from the session content.

c. Other Data

We collect login credentials for any member area and automatically collected information such as IP address and browser type for security and service monitoring.

  • Session Management: To schedule, manage, and send confirmations/reminders for your coaching appointments (using Calendly).
