b. Information Collected During Sessions (via Google Meets/Gemini)

All coaching sessions conducted via **Google Meets** are recorded and transcribed to ensure accuracy in follow-up and action planning.

  • Session Content: The full audio recording and the written transcript of the session.
  • Action Plans: Summarized action plans derived from the session content.

c. Other Data

We collect login credentials for any member area and automatically collected information such as IP address and browser type for security and service monitoring.

  • Session Management: To schedule, manage, and send confirmations/reminders for your coaching appointments (using Calendly).
  • Session Preparation: To prepare and tailor sessions to your specific needs and goals.
  • Action Plan Delivery: To generate and send personalized action plans to the email address you provide (Action plans are derived using Gemini to analyze the session transcript).
  • Service Improvement: To improve our coaching methods and services.
  • Communication: To respond to inquiries and send follow-up communications related to your coaching services.
  • Marketing: To send marketing or promotional content specifically related to our coaching programs, with the option for you to opt out at any time.

Use of Confidential and Anonymized Information

All information you provide through intake forms or during sessions is treated as confidential. We may draw on general insights, themes, and experiences shared during coaching to create educational content, training materials, or books. This content is always anonymized and will never be linked to you in a personally identifiable way.

  • Google Meets / Gemini: Google Meets hosts the session, and **Gemini** is used to generate transcriptions and action plan summaries from the session content.
  • Email Service Provider: Used to send action plans and follow-up communications to the email address provided.
  • Payment Processors: For securely processing payments for services.
  • Security Tools: For general service security and spam detection.
