What are the shirts made from?
Our shirts are made using organic cotton, recycled polyester, and other eco-conscious materials sourced through Printful’s sustainable options. Each product is carefully selected to align with our values of comfort, quality, and environmental responsibility.
How do I wash my shirt?
To keep your shirt looking and feeling great:
- Machine wash cold (30°C/86°F), inside-out
- Use gentle cycle and mild detergent
- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
- Do not iron directly on the print
Can I tumble dry it?
Yes, but we recommend:
- Low Heat Tumble Dry
- Or Air Dry to preserve both fabric and print for longer wear
How long will the print last?
Printful uses high-quality Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing. When cared for properly, your print can last 30–50+ washes, staying vibrant and bold over time.
Do the shirts shrink?
Minimal shrinkage may occur if washed or dried on high heat. To maintain fit: Wash Cold and dry on Low Heat Tumble Dry or Air Dry.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Printful fulfills each item on demand, which means production takes
2–7 business days before shipping.
Shipping times vary:
- UK: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 5-7 business days
- Worldwide: 7-21 business days
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’re here to make it right! If your item arrives incorrect or defective, just reach out within 30 days, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
