These Terms govern your booking, payment, and participation in our one-on-one coaching services. By booking a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To book and participate in coaching services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information.

a. Booking: Coaching calls are scheduled via our designated online system (e.g., Google Calendar). Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

b. Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session free of charge by providing at least 24 hours’ notice via email to support@jhmotiv.shop.

c. Late Rescheduling / No-Shows: Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (no-shows), will result in the forfeiture of that session. The session will be counted as completed and is non-refundable.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee under the following strict conditions:

• You must attend all four (4) scheduled coaching sessions without any missed appointments.
• You must arrive on time for each session (sessions are considered a “no-show” if you are more than 10 minutes late without prior communication).
• You must complete and submit proof of completion for all assigned tasks between sessions to support@jhmotiv.shop within the agreed timeframe.

If all of these conditions are met and you still do not feel you have received value, a full refund will be issued upon written request.

a. Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions, whether in writing, verbally, or through forms, is treated as confidential. We will not disclose session content or personal details except as required by law.

b. Anonymized Use: We may use generalized, anonymized insights (e.g., themes, lessons, or strategies) from coaching sessions to create educational content, training materials, or books. This information will never be linked to you or your business in a way that makes you personally identifiable.

While we are confident in the value of our coaching services, we do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or achievements. Your success depends on your participation, implementation, and circumstances.

Termination: We may suspend or terminate your coaching access for violating these Terms or for abusive behavior.

Golden Tickets: If you have a Golden Ticket for a coaching session or collaboration, please use the email above with a photo of the scratched ticket. Note: Only one voucher/coupon per purchase. All vouchers/coupons last until DECEMBER 31 23:59:59.

As a Dreamer (Affiliate), you agree that you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of JH Motiv Ltd. You have no authority to create obligations on behalf of JH Motiv Ltd. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on commissions earned.

Commissions are earned on net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns) generated through your unique affiliate code. Payments are processed monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold. JH Motiv Ltd reserves the right to reverse commissions on refunded orders.

You agree to represent the JH Motiv Ltd brand professionally. You shall not engage in spamming, misleading advertising, or bidding on JH Motiv Ltd trademarked keywords in paid search. Violation of these standards may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of pending commissions.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using JH Motiv Ltd branding and remove all affiliate links.

JH Motiv Ltd will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program. Our aggregate liability arising with respect to this agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you.
