6. Coaching Calls & Booking Services

a. Booking and Scheduling
Coaching calls are scheduled through Calendly, which may collect your name, email, phone number (optional), and responses to intake questions. By booking a session, you also agree to Calendly’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

b. Payments
Payment for coaching calls must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

c. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

  • Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session free of charge by providing at least 24 hours’ notice via email to support@jhmotiv.shop.
  • Late Rescheduling: Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of that session. The session will be counted as completed and is non-refundable.
  • No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited, counted as completed, and no refund will be issued.

d. Money-Back Guarantee

  • You must attend all four (4) scheduled coaching sessions without any missed appointments.
  • You must arrive on time for each session (sessions are considered a “no-show” if you are more than 10 minutes late without prior communication).

  • You must submit proof of completion for all assigned work to support@jhmotiv.shop within the agreed timeframe (proof may include screenshots, documents, or other required data points).

If all of these conditions are met and you still do not feel you have received value, a full refund will be issued upon written request.

All information shared during coaching sessions, whether in writing, verbally, or through forms, is treated as confidential. We will not disclose session content or personal details except as required by law.

f. Use of Anonymized Information
We may use generalized, anonymized insights (e.g., themes, lessons, or strategies) from coaching sessions to create educational content, training materials, or books. This information will never be linked to you or your business in a way that makes you personally identifiable.

g. Disclaimer on Outcomes
While we are confident in the value of our coaching services, we do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or achievements. Your success depends on your participation, implementation, and circumstances.

7. User Comments and Reviews

You may leave comments, reviews, or other content on our site, provided it does not violate these Terms.

By posting content, you agree that:
