How long will it take to receive my order?
Because many items are printed to order, orders typically take 1–3 business days to print and quality-check before shipping. Standard shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your item is printed, packed, and handed to the carrier, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.
What happens if my item arrives broken?
3D prints have delicate features that can occasionally break during transit. If your order arrives damaged, send us a clear photo within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Email], and we will print and ship a free replacement right away.
Articulated Toys & Home Goods
Are your articulated toys safe for young children?
Unless explicitly labeled as child-safe, our articulated toys are recommended for ages 14+ or for decorative and fidget use under adult supervision. Small hatchling toys or broken parts pose a choking hazard for children under 3 years old.
Can I put my plant pot or can holder in the dishwasher?
No. Dishwashers use high temperatures that will warp PLA and PETG plastic. Wash your items by hand using cold or lukewarm water and mild dish soap.
Will my 3D printed planter or dragon melt in the sun or a hot car?
PLA plastic softers at temperatures around 55°C (130°F). Leaving items on a hot car dashboard or in intense direct sunlight for long periods can cause warping. For hot outdoor environments, we recommend our PETG material option.
Custom Printing & STL Uploads
What file formats do you accept for custom orders?
We accept .STL, .OBJ, and .3MF files.
How do you calculate prices for custom prints?
Our custom pricing is based on total material weight (grams of filament/resin used), machine print time, print resolution (layer height), and any required manual support removal or post-processing.
Do you check files before printing?
Yes! We run a free pre-print health check on every uploaded file to identify thin walls, non-manifold geometry, or missing supports to ensure a successful print before we charge you.
Subscription & Memberships
How does the monthly subscription work?
When you join our Monthly Club, you are billed on the 1st of every month and receive an exclusive, subscriber-only model or hatchling bundle shipped straight to your door.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes. You can pause, skip a month, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard with no hidden fees or lock-in contracts.
