At JH Motiv 3D Printing & Innovation, we take immense pride in delivering high-quality 3D prints, custom prototypes, and finished products. Because additive manufacturing involves on-demand production, please carefully review our policy regarding production times, shipping methods, returns, and reprints.
Shipping & Processing Policy
Lead Times & Processing
- In-Stock Shop Items: Orders for pre-printed catalog items are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
- Custom Print & On-Demand Orders: Custom 3D prints require dedicated setup, slicing, and printing time. Standard custom print orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
- Large Batch / Complex Orders: High-volume orders or prints requiring extensive post-processing (sanding, priming, painting) may take 7 to 10 business days. Estimated lead times will be communicated upon order confirmation.
Note: Processing times do not include weekend days, public holidays, or shipping time in transit.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and shipping destination.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 3 to 5 business days in transit.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated 1 to 2 business days in transit.
- Tracking: Once your order has dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.
Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address prior to completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
